The design: PAPER PIRATE

A graphic wave inspired by the one in Kanagawa, the famous Japanese woodblock print by the painter Hokusai.
In the Basque Country, one immediately thinks of the giant wave called Belharra.
In the background, a small section of mountain that will evoke La Rhune, visible from the ocean.
Finally, a paper boat, origami-style, with a childlike pirate flag proudly flying, seems to sail effortlessly, mocking the many surfers attempting to tame the waves of the Basque Country.
