Deliveries

All orders are shipped from the shop in Bayonne or the workshop in Lahonce. They are prepared by hand, personally by me. If you would like gift wrapping, feel free to send a short email to zepolitabaiona@gmail.comonce your purchase has been confirmed, specifying your order number. I will be delighted to do so!

Collect your order in person

• It's free!

• If you are able and wish to, you can place your order on the website and collect your purchases from the shop in Bayonne at 9 rue Port de Castets during the usual opening hours.

Deliveries in France

• Contribution toward preparation and delivery costs: €6.00.

• Tracked 48-hour Colissimo or tracked letter delivery, depending on the format – If you order before 1 p.m. and everything is in stock, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours.

Deliveries in Europe

• Contribution toward preparation and delivery costs: €22.00.

• International tracked Colissimo deliveries within a few days – If you order before 1 p.m. and everything is in stock, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours.

Deliveries to the rest of the world (and beyond)

• Contribution toward preparation and delivery costs: €25.00.

• International tracked Colissimo deliveries – If you order before 1 p.m. and everything is in stock, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours.

Returns

For me, a returned product is not necessarily good news. Because, one way or another, it seems that I did not do my job properly at some point. But don't panic—there is bound to be a solution.

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order. (Please note that if this deadline is not met, we reserve the right to decide whether or not to replace the item.)

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Upon receipt of your product, I will contact you to offer either an exchange or a refund (excluding shipping costs).

All returned items will be inspected.

In general, we pay particular attention to the quality of our products. However, if the item you receive is defective, ZE POLITA undertakes to exchange the item concerned and cover the shipping costs.
