The design: MUXU / KISS

An irresistibly cute original design: a little Yokai-style monster with its mouth filled with Muxu (a Basque word meaning “Kiss”). A friendly monster floating among “eguzki-lore”, a kind of thistle sunflower that, once dried, is hung on the front door of a home to ward off the evil eye in the Basque Country.

The base garment: BABY HOODED SWEATSHIRT

  • Set-in sleeves
  • Hood lined with single jersey
  • Wider neckline for easier dressing
  • Single-jersey neck tape on the inside of the collar
  • Half-moon insert inside the collar in the main fabric
  • Single stitching at the neckline and along the hood
  • 1x1 ribbed trim at the sleeve and body hems
  • Double stitching at the sleeve and body hems

Composition

Shell: Unbrushed fleece, 85% spun and combed organic cotton, 15% recycled polyester, washed fabric, soft feel

Fabric color: natural unbleached cotton color (speckled off-white)

Hand-screen-printed by us in a gradient of orangey reds and yellow ochre* using water-based inks.

*The colors of the motifs may differ slightly from those shown in the photo due to our artisanal printing technique, making each piece almost unique!
